Ethiopian Jews

Senate Concurrent Resolution 55, asking the President to express the grave concern of the American people for the welfare of the Ethiopian Jews and seeks ways to assist them so that they are able to emigrate freely, passed the Senate on November 17, 1983. As a cosponsor of this resolution, I am pleased to be able to report its passage to you.
