Let me tell you something about the library

Let me tell you something about the library. The Guthmann Library. The library is currently located in the music building, Ono Academic College, Kiryat Ono. The library itself has around 6,000 items. This includes books in English, Hebrew and Amharic, pamphlets, articles from journals, newspaper clippings in Hebrew and English. A lot of work has still to be done to make this accessible to the general public. So far only 100 books have been catalogued by the central library staff. There is an unofficial catalog on this website. The library is aimed at students, social workers, researchers and anyone who has an interest in the Ethiopian Jewish Communities in Israel and Ethiopia.
